What is the Role?
As Project Assistant, you will implement programs that increase social connection and support for individuals with chronic health conditions. The role involves intense crossfunctional teamwork with healthcare operators, community organizers, and UX developers.
Examples of your responsibilities:

Recruiting, consenting, and onboarding new users

Organizing community events, social activities, and peer support groups

Managing customer relationships
-
Maintaining a database of sociodemographic data, user engagement, and health outcomes

Communicating with leadership to improve products, services, and processes​​​​
